Elevate East’s Development Producer Programme is the one year long pilot producing programme created in 2024 by Jack Edwards, Creative Director. For Akshita, this entails, engaging with live productions, development programmes and touring work to enhance her personal practice within the arts, primarily focusing on community engagement, by design. With support from the Creative Director, Akshita will shape the programme to suit her needs and desires.

This has included going on a UK+EU Tour with Unfiltered and Scummy, supporting the artist development programme Stuck in the Lift, development sessions with people with varied creative expertises and more!
